Print Purchase
Customers must be at least 18 years old to purchase any prints from THEGREATFAD.
THEGREATFAD accepts payment via credit/debit cards, PayPal, and any other methods specified at checkout. All transactions are processed securely through our payment gateway. Payments are typically processed at the time of order placement. In the event of payment failure or processing delays, customers will be notified promptly to resolve the issue.
Once an order is placed, THEGREATFAD will review the order within a 48-hour period. An order confirmation email containing the receipt will be sent to the customer. Orders can be cancelled via email within 48 hours of purchase but cannot be canceled after the 48-hour review period has elapsed.
THEGREATFAD prints are made on demand to ensure accuracy and uphold our commitment to delivering high-quality prints. Please note that production and delivery times may vary, and customers will be informed of the estimated timeline upon order confirmation. Typically, orders are dispatched within 10 working days from the date of order placement.
Upon shipment, customers will receive an email notification with the enclosed tracking number to monitor the delivery status.
Returns
In the rare event of dissatisfaction with a product, customers are advised to contact THEGREATFAD directly via email, through our "Contact Us" page, or our instagram page (@thegreatfad_) within 20 days of product delivery. Please provide a clear explanation of the reason for dissatisfaction, along with any relevant images.
Returns are accepted only for faulty products. THEGREATFAD may offer a free replacement or issue a full refund upon confirmation of the fault. Any return shipping costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated by THEGREATFAD.

When a print is purchased from THEGREATFAD, the customer owns the physical print but does not acquire the copyright to the work. Customers may display the print for personal use but are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or using the print for commercial purposes without explicit permission.

THEGREATFAD disclaims liability for any damages or losses arising from the use or inability to use our website or products, except where prohibited by law. This includes, but is not limited to, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

International Shipping
THEGREATFAD offers international shipping to various destinations at a flat rate of £15, including but not limited to Nigeria, United States, Australia, Cameroon, Canada, France, Germany, Ghana, South Africa, Switzerland, Trinidad & Tobago, Uganda, United Arab Emirates.
